Andy James:
Driving a new movement in education
After a successful career spanning over two decades in the corporate world as the Global VP for Digital at a leading $45 billion multinational, Andy James founded MasterU in 2023 to make a lasting impact on education.
Driven by a deep-seated desire for positive change, Andy has always been passionate about identifying pain points and delivering meaningful transformations to address them. As a devoted father of three, he understands the challenges and triumphs within both state and private school sectors.
Having witnessed the strain on the education system and its failure to adequately serve children, parents, and teaching staff, Andy recognised a pressing need for innovation, particularly for those finding traditional education most challenging.
Leveraging his extensive expertise in technology cultivated throughout his corporate career, Andy conceived MasterU as a technological solution at the vanguard of a much-needed revolution in education, not just in the UK but globally.
